Operational efficiency has a direct impact on our lives. Make your own working process efficient and you can achieve 100% of the same deliverables in 20% of time.
It's not about Generative AI. These are plain old things:
- understand atoms of your work (what is a working unit?)
- focus on the most important aspect of your work
For example, software architect.
Specification, document, diagrams, architectural decisions - these are synonyms of a single architectural working unit.
The most important aspect of architect work - produce more work units with higher quality.
Meetings, chats, reading news and emails, low level details of architecture, nit picking - waste.
